Our Grass-Fed Beef Bolognese & Mozzarella Arancini are rich, comforting, and unapologetically indulgent. We slow-cook grass-fed beef into a deeply savoury bolognese, fold it through creamy Arborio rice, and finish each hand-rolled ball with a molten mozzarella centre that stretches exactly the way it should.
