How to use it

• Instead of vanilla extract or essence: Queen recommends using it 1:1 in place of vanilla extract or essence.
• Instead of vanilla pods: a convenient alternative to whole pods, wherever you want visible vanilla seeds.
• Best in: creamy, high-fat baking and desserts such as cheesecake, custard, crème brûlée, ice cream and buttercream.
