Christmas Delivery Information

From mid-October to Christmas is our busiest time of year. All orders are packed by hand in Rye, and during this period we need at least four business days to pack and dispatch each order.

Please allow those four business days on top of Australia Post's delivery times when placing your order.

Coffee and specialty items

Some products, including freshly roasted coffee and specialty imported items, are sourced from our suppliers once you order. Their availability and lead times depend on our suppliers, many of whom have reduced hours or close over the Christmas period. Please order these items as early as possible.

These are Australia Post's last dates for lodging parcels. To allow for our packing time, please order at least four business days earlier.

Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are set by Australia Post, and we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas.
