The mixed packs combine two Olsson's seasonings:

Sea Salt Flakes – Australian sea salt flakes made from seawater from the Great Australian Bight. Olsson's naturally evaporates and harvests its sea salt to produce delicate flakes with a clean sea salt flavour.

Mountain Pepper Blend – cracked black pepper blended with Australian native Mountain Pepper leaf (Tasmannia lanceolata), giving the pepper an earthy, spicy character with floral notes and a lingering mild heat.
