- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp of premium Six Eyed chilli oil
- 1 tsp of gourmet sea salt flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp of smoky paprika
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with chilli oil, ensuring each wedge is nicely coated.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking tray, ensuring they aren't overlapping. This ensures that each wedge becomes as crispy as possible!
- Sprinkle the gourmet sea salt and 1 tsp of the smoky paprika evenly over the wedges.
- Pop them in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they're golden and crispy
