Shipping Policy
AUSTRALIA WIDE AND INTERNATIONAL DESPATCH, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Any monies mentioned below are in Australian Dollars AUD$.
Under normal circumstances we aim for despatch between 1-3 business days, however, some products may need to be ordered in advance, including but not limited to fresh yeast and Melbourne-based coffee producers, which may add to the time of despatch.
Customers may choose to pickup their order in store. A notification will be sent by email to the customer when their order is ready for pickup.
Most orders are shipped with Australia Post. Postage is calculated on weight, volume and the distance from our warehouse to the destination. Customers may choose between Standard and Express Services.
In the Melbourne Metro area, customers may also choose a two hour delivery service, subject to the time of day of their order and the availability of certain products.
In some circumstances, the cost of freight may merit shipping by courier to defray cost and for larger custom orders. Quotations can also be provided upon request.Ā
Some products may need to be kept cold during transit, in which case, they will not be despatched on a business day late during the normal working week or immediately before a public holiday, depending on the destination and likely transit time.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates as such matters are beyond our control.
During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays, or Sale Campaigns), despatch times may be longer.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been packed and is ready for collection by Australia Post or the relevant courier.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order, please email us at letschat@petitstresors.com.auĀ and we will assist you with your enquiry.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
All orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can opt to have your order delivered to a P.O Box or secure Australia Post Parcel Locker. We note that couriers cannot deliver to either a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us atĀ letschat@petitstresors.com.auĀ
RETURNED PARCELS In circumstances where Australia Post or the relevant courier is unable to delivery to your address and your parcel is returned to us, should you wish to have it resent, you will be recharged the delivery fee.
