Assemble the necessary components to make Simple Sugar Syrup.
Simple Sugar Syrup
1 x measuring cup (suits 100 ml)
1 x teaspoon
1 x small bowl for Simple Sugar Syrup preparation (greater than 250 ml)
1 x Huskee Cup 255 ml (12 oz) for serving—prior to preparing your iced latte.
Create a simple Sugar Syrup by bringing 100 ml of water to the boil, adding 20 x teaspoons of sugar (100 g) to the small bowl. You can store the Simple Sugar Syrup in the refrigerator for 14 days – 14 more days of HuskeeCup Iced Lattes!
Add 100 ml of hot water to the same small bowl, stirring both together to combine.
Simmer the mixture on a low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has fully dissolved.

3 x shots of Seven Seeds Coffee Concentrate
½ cup of ice cubes
180 ml Vitasoy Unsweetened Oat Milk
1 x teaspoon Simple Sugar Syrup

Directions
Combine your ingredients together in your HuskeeCup
Recipe Note
Add ½ cup of ice cubes into your Huskeecup
Add 160 ml Vitasoy Unsweetened Oat Milk
Then pour in 3 shots x of Seven Seeds Coffee Concentrate
Add 1 x teaspoon of Simple Sugar Syrup or to taste*
* Allow the Simple Sugar Syrup to cool slightly before adding to the iced coffee, otherwise it will rapidly melt the ice and dilute the drink
