- 2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 packet Dutch curry and rice soup mix
- 1¾ cups milk
- 1 can pineapple pieces, drained
- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- Cooked rice or pappadams, to serve

- Butter first: Heat the butter in a microwave-safe dish on medium low for 30 seconds.
