Ingredients

  • NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix
  • 500 mL milk
  • 500 mL cream
  • A handful of strawberries, raspberries, and passionfruit
  • ½ teaspoon pre dishes brown sugar

Directions

  1. Mix necessary amount of milk and cream in pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Whisk in required NESTLÉ DOCELLO Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix until fully combined. (approx 1 minute).
  3. Pour into individual dishes to cool.
  4. Chill until set. Before serving sprinkle with brown sugar to cover, caramelise sugar with blowtorch or under grill.
  5. Garnish with passionfruit, strawberry, raspberry & sprig of mint.
