Directions
Choose Your Serves
Select the number of servings you need, and the ingredient quantities will adjust to suit.
Make the Batter
Sift the flour into a large bowl and create a well in the centre.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the flour, folding until just combined.
Stir through the corn, chopped chives, diced Spanish chorizo, and crumbled feta. Set aside.
