Ingredients
- 30mL x Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 20mL x Pukara Estate Basil Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 20mL x Pukara Estate Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Just shake all the ingredients in a jar, season to taste, and let it sit for 20 minutes to enhance the flavours.
- This tasty dressing is perfect for adding a Mediterranean touch to any salad.
- 3 x Cups Little Gems lettuce
- 1 - 2 x Lebanese Cucumbers
- 3 - 4 Roma Tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 x Cup Kalamata olives
- 4 X Feta cheese 130gm
- 1/2 x Teaspoon sea salt flakes
Directions
- Little Gems lettuce torn or sliced
- Roma Tomatoes cut in half, then slice into (25mm) ½-inch pieces.
- Cucumber sliced into (25mm) ½-inch half-moons.
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced.
- Kalamata olives pitted and cut in half
- Cut Feta cheese into (25mm) ½-inch cubes
- 1 x Teaspoon Greek oregano (Optional)
- Sea salt flakes taste
