    • 2 large egg yolks

    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    • 2 tbsp Red Sriracha

    • 2½ cups sugar

    • 1¾ cups flour

    • 1 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    2. In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, instant coffee, and boiling water until smooth

    3. Stir in chopped unsweetened chocolate and dark chocolate chips until mostly melted.

    4. Whisk in melted butter and vegetable oil. (Don’t panic if it looks curdled—it’ll come together.)

    5. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.

    6. Stir in sugar until fully incorporated.

    7. Add the Sriracha! (This is where the magic happens.)

    8. Fold in flour and salt, mixing until just combined.

    9. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan, smoothing the top.

    10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted halfway between the edge and center comes out with just a few moist crumbs

    11. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 1½ hours before cutting.

    12. Slice, serve, and enjoy the perfect balance of rich chocolate and fiery heat! 🔥🍫
