- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds), roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions
- Cook La Molisana Penne Rigate:
