Ingredients

  • 1kg x boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
  • 1 x small onion, finely minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • ¼ x tsp black pepper to taste
  • 2 x tbsp olive oil
  • 2 x tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ x cup soy sauce
  • ¼ x cup brown sugar
  • 1 x tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 x tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 x tbsp corn Powered
  • ¼ x tsp salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. For the best flavour, let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Lightly grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread the chicken evenly on the sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Switch the oven setting to Grill and Grill for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a beautifully golden, slightly crisp finish. Be careful not to let it burn!
  7. Serve hot & enjoy every bite!
