Ingredients
- 1kg x boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
- 1 x small onion, finely minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- ¼ x tsp black pepper to taste
- 2 x tbsp olive oil
- 2 x tbsp melted butter
- ¼ x cup soy sauce
- ¼ x cup brown sugar
- 1 x tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 x tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 x tbsp corn Powered
- ¼ x tsp salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- For the best flavour, let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread the chicken evenly on the sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Switch the oven setting to Grill and Grill for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a beautifully golden, slightly crisp finish. Be careful not to let it burn!
