Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Huy Fong Sambal Oelek – Ground Fresh Chilli Paste ( Add more or less )
- ½ cup finely chop coriander
- ½ cup finely spring onions
- ½ Ripe Tomatoes cup into Small Cubes
- 20ml x Olive oils
- 10ml Vinegar
- ½ Cup Water
- Salt to taste
Directions
- To make it, finely chop coriander, spring onions, and ripe tomatoes, then combine them in a bowl. Stir through a spoonful of chilli paste, a pinch of salt, a splash of vinegar, and a little water. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavours to meld into a refreshing, punchy sauce.
