El Cielo - Mulato Chile Dried

Mulato chillies are dark and provide a sweet, chocolate/liquorice-like flavor, with slight undertones of cherry and coffee. A dried Poblano chili, it is suitable for adding low-to-moderate heat to a dish; with a Scoville heat rating (SHU) of 2500-3000 it is not overly spicy.
