Furikake - Ume and Sesame


Wadaman's Furikake, crafted by master sesame blender Takehiro Wada, is characteristically crunchy, nutty, salty and sour. Its unique hue and texture make it a highly versatile seasoning, commonly used to top cooked rice. Additionally, it can be used as a condiment, such as a Japanese dukkah with bread and butter or EVOO, or as a coating for goats cheese.
