Hawt Sauce proudly chose both.

What started as an experiment with Sichuan peppers quickly became a full-blown flavour obsession. Originally chasing that famous tongue-tingling sensation, we discovered something even better — an incredible bright citrus flavour hiding inside the Sichuan pepper.

So naturally, we thought:
“What if we combined that with ridiculously hot chillies?”

Excellent decision. Questionable mental health.

The result is Hawt Sauce — an extra extra hot hot sauce blending the zesty citrus punch of Sichuan pepper with the brutal heat of habaneros and Carolina Reapers for a sauce that hits hard and tastes incredible.

This isn’t heat for the sake of heat.
This is layered flavour, intense spice, and a slow-building burn that chilli lovers chase like a bad relationship they refuse to leave.

Featuring original artwork by Onnie, tattoo artist from NSW, the label looks almost as dangerous as what’s inside the bottle.
