Olsson’s Truffle Salt is a limited batch blend of Australian solar sea salt flakes and real Australian Black Périgord truffle. Designed as a finishing salt, it adds gentle earthy depth and savoury complexity to everyday dishes including eggs, pasta, roasted vegetables, steak and buttered bread.
