1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan) or set air-fryer to 200 °C.

2. Place schnitzels on a wire rack or baking sheet (oven) or in the basket (air-fryer).

3. Cook 10–12 minutes, flip halfway, or until internal temperature reaches 74 °C. 

4. For serving: garnish with a fresh lemon wedge, pair with crisp green salad, mashed potatoes or potato wedges.
