I’m really impressed with this Bomba rice. It’s excellent quality and perfect for paella — it absorbs the stock and flavours beautifully while staying nicely firm without becoming mushy. The texture is fantastic, and it gives the dish that authentic Spanish paella feel. I’ll definitely be buying it again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stock consists of boiled dehydrated beef bones, which provide a milder and lighter color compared to regular beef stock. Additionally, we refrain from using any colors, preservatives, or additives in our stock. The inclusion of turmeric, reishi, and shiitake mushrooms adds to the overall flavor and lightness of our beef bone stock.
