Caputo Semola Rimacinata is a finely re milled Italian semolina flour made from high quality durum wheat. Unlike coarse semolina this flour is milled to a finer texture, allowing it to produce smooth elastic doughs while retaining the distinctive flavour and structure of durum wheat.
